Withdrawal from the contract

A customer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in point 7 and point 8 of the REGULATIONS.

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to the Products in the electronic version.

The customer may withdraw from the contract by informing Wydawnictwo Cicadis about his decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by sending a letter by post to the following address: Beata Rynkiewicz-Beier, ul. Kowalska 11, 42-130 Kalej, Poland, with a note "Return" or sending this declaration via e-mail to the following address: publishing@cicadis.eu.
